The States are asked to decide:
Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter dated 8 September 2026, of the Policy & Resources Committee, they are of the opinion:
- To extend Anna Guggenheim KC’s term of office as an ordinary member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission for a further three-year term with effect from 24th January 2027;
2. To appoint Anna Guggenheim KC as Chairman of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission with effect from 1st June 2027;
3. To extend Robert Girard’s term of office as an ordinary member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission for a further three-year term with effect from 24th January 2027;
4. To extend Paul Hodgson’s term of office as an ordinary member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission for a further three-year term with effect from 24th January 2027.
