The States are asked to decide:
Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter entitled “Overseas Aid & Development Commission - Appointment of Commissioners” dated 2nd June 2026, they are of the opinion:
(i) To reappoint Mr Chris Gregg as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid & Development Commission for a further 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030;
(ii) To reappoint Dr Lindsay Jefferies as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid & Development Commission for a further 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030;
(iii) To reappoint Dr Michelle Le Cheminant as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid & Development Commission for a further 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030;
(iv) To appoint Dr Kevin Bales as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid and Development Commission for a 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030;
(v) To appoint Advocate Martha Eker-Male as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid and Development Commission for a 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030; and
(vi) To appoint Ms Diana Penn as a Commissioner on the Overseas Aid and Development Commission for a 4 year term from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2030.
